These are some of our most frequently asked questions, and the answers that go with them. Of course if you still need more information I am only a quick email or phone call away and always ready to help.

Can you help us?

First, tell me the challenges you are having. Then, I will tell you specifically what GJD can do for you.

What does a typical training session include?

Ice-­‐breakers, warm-­‐ups, “challenge-­‐by-­‐choice” team building activities, special time for discussion and reflection after each activity, lots of surprises, and closing celebration.

Do you have references that I can call?

I have awesome references included on my website and professional endorsements on LinkedIn!

Do you travel to our location? Is it extra? Can you make your own travel plans?

I travel often and bring all of my training toys, materials and supplies with me. Travel expenses are extra. I do make my own travel plans (least expensive I can find).

Will you send me a formal proposal, including you fees?

Yes, as soon as I have all the information.

Do you charge per participant?

No. I have a one-­‐time fee that includes all estimated participants, handouts, and activity equipment.

What are the downsides to your training programs?

I may have to ask your participants to leave at the end of the day.

Introductory Coaching Session

If you answered yes to any of these questions, I invite you to contact me for a no obligation, 90 minute introductory coaching session. This will give you the opportunity to experience the value of coaching first-­‐hand, and together we will discover if there is a mutual fit.

What does this involve?

We will meet either by phone or in person. We will first spend a few minutes discussing what coaching is and then delve in, starting with either an exercise I bring for you or an issue you’d like to explore. Afterward, we’ll discuss how it felt for you to be coached, explore the fit between us, and if it feels right, proceed with next steps. Regardless, you are under no obligation to continue.

What is the charge?

The charge is $175 for a 90-­‐minute session. While this is lower than what ongoing coaching costs, it gives you the opportunity to try it out so you can decide if you’d like to sign on for more extensive coaching. Even in the introductory session, you will experience the value of coaching -­‐ be it new insight, information or strategy.
